Ordering Information

Orders are to be placed via email or telephone and will be confirmed by telephone or email on receipt.

Most orders (not including hair cuffs) take two weeks to complete.   Bridal orders take a minimum of 4 to 6 weeks to complete, as each item is handmade and each client’s requirements are different.  So please place your order in good time.

The Jewellery remains the property of Zayunu by Design - Miss Y. Allen until payment is made in full and order is dispatched.

Payments

The preferred method of payment is through credit or debit card via Paypal (International & UK).

UK clients can also pay via personal cheque, postal order or bank transfer.

Full payment or a minimum deposit of 1/3 of the total price (for bridal orders and orders over £150) is required to start an order.  The balance of which must be paid either by 4 weeks from the date of deposit or on completion of your order. 

Paying a deposit for your order constitutes a binding agreement. Orders cancelled after a deposit has been paid will only be entitled  to half of the deposit back, as the funds would have already been allocated to the materials for your order.

Orders will not commence without full payment or a deposit.

Order paid by cheques will be dispatched once the cheque has cleared.

Cheques and Postal Order (UK ONLY) should be made payable to Miss Y Allen, and please remember to write your cheque guarantee card number, expiry date, amount the card guarantees and your full address on the back of the cheque. 

Please note that I will only accept Paypal customers who are verified with a confirmed address.  If you order and you are not verified or have an unconfirmed address, the order may not be processed and monies paid will be returned (less Paypal fees).

Postage costs

Shipping and Postal costs are added once you have completed your order, all deliveries are sent via Royal Mail postal service.

UK clients:  Orders will be sent via Royal Mail Recorded Delivery or Special Delivery service.

Overseas clients: Orders will be shipped  via Royal Mail Airsure service (4 days).  This is an online track and trace service and clients can track the progress of their orders using the reference number given to them in their CONFIRMATION email.  Please call for current prices.

Proof of postage can be obtained on request.

Please allow enough time for delivery of your order. 

Zayunu by Design does not take responsibility for delayed, lost or damaged items in the post.

Returns and Refunds

Full Refunds can only be made on commission orders if they have not been started, once a special order has been started only half of the order can be refunded.

Refunds are made in the form of credit notes (less delivery charge), redeemable towards the value of your next order.

For hygiene reasons, items such as earrings and hair jewellery cannot be returned.  These items will not be refunded.
